We have received planning permission for the conversion of an existing building from commercial office space to residential, flatted, accommodation.
The proposal comprises the retention of an early 19th Century façade to the Grays Inn Road, part of the late 1980's building behind and complete demolition and rebuilding at the North Mews (back) part of the site.
The new building will comprise 7 units; a 3 bedroom penthouse flat with roof terrace, three 2 bedroom flats and two 1 bedroom flats (all accessed from North Mews). The original front door will access a two bedroom maisonette, which has a private courtyard to the rear and a double height void taking light into the lower ground floor.
