Will worked on education projects at Cottrell and Vermeulen Architecture in London before joining Gresford Architects in 2019. He was educated at London Metropolitan University and Cambridge University, where he won the Edward S Prior prize (named after the famous Arts and Crafts architect), which inspired his interest in traditional materials and technical detailing. Will loves exploring how to make projects beautiful, practical to build, and robust, while keeping to tight budgets. Since working at Gresford Architects, Will has enjoyed applying his passion for technical design to the strict requirements of Passivhaus and Enerphit projects.
Will likes baking bread, talking about baking bread, is undefeated in the office quiz, and can recite the Nato phonetic alphabet from memory (except V).
